If you read about all the areas opening up, and all the talk about people who have had their second dose not having to wear a mask, you would think that this pandemic is on it’s way out. I, for one, will be glad when the day comes when masks are a thing of the past. But…statistically we aren’t there yet, we’re not even close. Statistically we are currently about were we were around October 2020, which is far lower than the peak of January 2021, but still much higher than the start in March 2020. So we still have a long way to go. Maybe by the end of the year we will be down to when this whole thing started, but for now, all we can do is hope.
