Another major disappointment. This is becoming a banner year for studio crap. The entire experience was like watching a low budget made for TV movie. Even the casting was horrible. Michael Pena as Mr. Roarke, are you serious? Is it any wonder why this movie only did $47.3 million at the box office.

I have nothing good to say about this movie, everything was poorly done from the script to the direction. It was nothing like I expected. Maybe my expectations were too high, and that accounts for a portion of my discontent. Even the plot twist at the end was barely worthy of a low budget Cannon film.

I’ve found extremely low budget Indie films that have been better that what the Studios are releasing this year.
